A little clarity, a little care

Application privacy.

Last updated October 8, 2026

Applying to Moonlit Films means sharing a little of your story with us. This notice explains what we collect and how we use it.

What you share

We collect the name, email address, location, creative role, experience, background, availability, and collaboration preference you enter in the application. You can optionally share project ideas, creative interests, boundaries, a portfolio link, and non-explicit photos or introduction videos of yourself. Uploads are optional. Please do not include government-issued identification or unrelated personal documents.

Performer questions and optional sensitive preferences

If you choose the Performer role, we ask about performance experience, current content comfort, and presentation or privacy preferences. You can choose to discuss comfort and privacy privately. A stage name and preparation or support needs are optional. These questions are hidden for other roles, and answers are cleared if you change away from Performer before submitting.

Erotic storytelling interests and fetish or BDSM preferences are optional and may reveal sensitive personal information about you. A separate, optional fetish checklist appears only when you select Fetish & BDSM. You may leave that checklist and its notes blank. If you choose to share adult-content interests, we ask for your agreement to their private review for this application. Unchecking the associated interests removes the related consent requirement; unchecking Fetish & BDSM also clears its checklist and notes before submission. Please share only what you want our reviewers to know.

Why we collect it

We use your application to evaluate potential creative collaborations and to contact you about your application. Optional interests, performer preferences, and boundaries help us prepare a relevant conversation. They are not consent to a particular scene, activity, or publication; each project requires a separate conversation and agreement. Confirming that you are at least 18 years old is required because Moonlit Films is an adults-only collective. The checkbox is a self-declaration; this form does not perform identity or age verification.

Who can see it

Your application and uploaded media are available to authorized Moonlit Films administrators. Applications are stored using Google Firebase services. Submitted media is not published on the website or placed in a public gallery. Sharing an application is not permission for us to publish your photos or videos; that would require a separate agreement.

Your uploads

Only upload photos and videos that you are entitled to share, with permission from anyone else featured. Do not upload explicit material or identification documents. Our reviewers may download your files to review your application. Please share only information you are comfortable providing for that purpose.

Storage and deletion

We keep applications so our team can review them and consider future collaborations. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. You may contact the Moonlit Films team to request a correction, withdraw your application, or request deletion. Include your application reference and the email address you applied with so we can locate your submission.

Sign-in and service data

The application uses anonymous Firebase sign-in to securely associate files with your submission. You do not need a Google account to apply. Administrators use Google sign-in. Firebase and your browser may process technical data needed to provide these services, such as session identifiers and network requests.

Contact messages

The contact form collects your name and message, plus an optional reply email and application reference. These messages are stored privately in Firebase and reviewed by the Moonlit Films admin to answer questions and handle application, correction, or deletion requests. Messages are not published. You can request deletion through the same contact form.

Visitor analytics

Google Analytics measures visits to our public pages to help us understand how the website is used. Analytics runs by default. You can turn it off using Disable analytics in the footer, without affecting your application or contact message. We remember that choice for up to 180 days; Enable analytics in the footer lets you turn it back on. Previously saved choices to decline analytics are respected.

When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical visit information, such as a random browser identifier, the public page viewed, browser or device details, and the referring website. Google also receives the network information required to deliver these requests. We remove URL query strings and fragments from the page address we send, and limit referring addresses to the website origin. We do not send application answers, optional adult preferences, contact messages, submission references, uploaded files or filenames, email addresses, or Firebase user identities. The private admin dashboard is not tracked. Advertising features and automatic form/link/video tracking are not enabled.

Choosing Disable analytics stops our analytics collection and removes our Google Analytics cookies from this browser. Data already sent to Google is not removed by changing this choice. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services for more information.

Your choice

By submitting the form, you agree to the private application review described here. You can omit optional interests and preferences, leave optional fields blank, submit without media, or choose not to apply. You may use our contact form to ask us to correct or remove preferences you already submitted, withdraw the application, or delete it with its uploaded media. Sharing an interest never commits you to performing, and you can decline a proposed collaboration.
